Booking Conditions

This is a placeholder reflecting the commercial framework in the blueprint. Final Booking Conditions must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before launch.

Deposit & payment

• 30% deposit to confirm a booking.
• Balance due 45 days before the start of travel.
• Payments are processed in USD as the primary currency.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are graduated by the notice given before travel:

• 60 days or more — minimal charge.
• 45 days — partial charge.
• 30 days — substantial charge.
• 15 days or fewer — full charge.

Exact percentages are stated in your written proposal and confirmation.

Trade bookings

Trade partners operate under a signed Trade Master Agreement, with commission, payment, and cancellation terms as set out there and summarised on the For Travel Designers page.

Insurance

Wonders of Chile operates fully insured. Travelers are strongly advised to hold their own comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and activities.
