Santiago to Cajón del Maipo
A 90-minute drive south, lunch in a family kitchen in El Manzano or El Volcán, a walk at Cascada de las Ánimas, and settling into a mountain lodge.
- Day 02
Embalse del Yeso or Baños Colina
Your choice: the turquoise high reservoir, or the terraced hot springs at the end of the valley. The cordillera at altitude, either way.
- Day 03
Cajón to Pirque wine bridge
Tasting in a Pirque cellar (Maipo Alto Cabernet), a vineyard lunch, and the return to Santiago.
